Fairuz Jewellery Exchange Policy

1. Within 30 Days of Purchase

• Gold Jewellery may be exchanged for gold jewellery, diamond jewellery, or a gift voucher equivalent to the invoice amount. Only one exchange is permitted per item.
• Diamond Jewellery may be exchanged for gold jewellery, diamond jewellery, or a gift voucher equivalent to the invoice amount. Only one exchange is permitted per item.

2. After 30 Days and Up to 1 Year (Gregorian) from the Purchase Date

• Gold Jewellery may be exchanged for gold jewellery, diamond jewellery, or a gift voucher. Gold value will be calculated at the prevailing market price on the date of exchange, after deducting manufacturing costs, stone weights, and other non-gold components.
• Diamond Jewellery may be exchanged for diamond jewellery only. A remodeling fee of up to 25% of the original invoice amount may be applied. The value of the selected diamond jewellery must exceed the value of the jewellery being exchanged.

3. After 1 Year (Gregorian) from the Purchase Date

• Gold Jewellery may be exchanged for gold jewellery, diamond jewellery, or a gift voucher. Gold value will be calculated at the prevailing market price on the date of exchange, after deducting manufacturing costs, stone weights, and other non-gold components.
• Diamond Jewellery may be exchanged for diamond jewellery after a valuation of the existing piece. The value of the selected diamond jewellery must exceed the value of the jewellery being exchanged.

4. General Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions form an integral part of the Fairuz Jewellery Exchange Policy. Fairuz Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any exchange or replacement if the stated conditions are not met:

• Exchanges or upgrades are permitted only upon presentation of the original Fairuz purchase invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase.
• Jewellery may be exchanged once only within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition.
• Items showing damage, alterations, or missing components will be subject to Fairuz Jewellery’s internal valuation, and applicable deductions may be applied.
• In the event of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or replaced, the goods may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
• If Fairuz Jewellery authorizes a refund, all associated costs (including credit card fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• This policy does not apply to customized or made-to-order jewellery.
• Pearl jewellery will be valued according to its condition at the time of exchange, as determined by Fairuz Jewellery.
